public accounting providing business and personal tax services,

clients achieve their financial goals. Mike is a 1978 graduate
of Drexel University and 1981 graduate of Villanova University,
School of Law. He earned his Certified Public Accountant license
in 1982. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified
Public Accountants. Additionally, Mike has over 20 years of
legal experience as an attorney in the areas of tax, estate
planning, real estate, and business transactions. He is a

Nicholas T. Gard, J.D. , LLM has 17 years of legal
experience as an attorney in the areas of tax, estate planning,
real estate, and business transactions. Nick is a graduate of
Wilkes University with a Bachelor of Science degree and in
1987 received his law degree from the Ohio Northern University.
Nick received his Masters in Taxation from Temple Law School in

has a bachelor of science degree
in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting

& Company team since 1998 as an accountant and an investment and

in the Lancaster County area. Mike is trained in all aspects of
financial services, specializing in business and individual
retirement plans. He also recently received his Certified
